Russell brings a wealth of PROACTIS knowledge and experience to the team having previously been a client end-user of the system. He further honed that knowledge through further specialist training, and by working full-time on our customer support helpdesk. He then took the significant step up of delivering application consultancy in the field; implementing PROACTIS upgrades at existing sites and new installations for clients.
Russell, like many of our application consultants, continues to rotate his time between field-based activities and our help-desk which greatly benefits our clients and helps him stay close to his projects long after the traditional go-live point
