Charlie joined Touchstone Spend Management in 2014 and has been an integral part of our new business strategy from day one. He is responsible for finding those with an interest in improving their Spend Management processes, understanding their requirements and matching those requirements up with the relevant solution in Touchstone Spend Management’s portfolio. A 2.1 degree in Accounting & Finance has helped his understanding of the finance-centric challenges potential clients may face, while since arriving at Touchstone Spend Management he has been trained heavily in the problems procurement professionals face, and how we can help address them. Charlie develops new opportunities through holding first meetings and conference calls with those who approach Touchstone Spend Management; and looks to develop new relationships with those who may not be aware of us through running webinars, seminars and cold-calling. This approach has led to the establishment of a number of new client relationships. Charlie has also been heavily involved in the development or our new website; designing the menu layout, the structure of each page and writing the content.
