Over the past few months, the procurement community has come together at two of Ivalua’s key events: Ivalua NOW and Procurement Innovation on Tour London.
For TSM, both events were opportunities to reconnect with customers and partners, exchange ideas and celebrate the organisations and people turning digital transformation into real results.
Celebrating IPC International at Ivalua NOW
Ivalua NOW brought together customers, partners and procurement leaders for several days of conversations, product announcements and insights into the future of the industry.
As an Ivalua partner, it was a valuable opportunity for the TSM team to meet customers at our stand, hear about their current priorities and explore what is changing across the procurement landscape.
One of the highlights of the event was seeing our customer, IPC International, receive the Best Deployment of the Year award.
The award recognised an ambitious transformation delivered through close collaboration between IPC, TSM and Ivalua. We are incredibly proud of what the teams have achieved together and delighted to see their work recognised on the Ivalua NOW stage.
Congratulations once again to everyone at IPC International. The award is thoroughly deserved and reflects the commitment, collaboration and hard work behind the project.

Taking the conversation to London
The conversation continued at Ivalua’s Procurement Innovation on Tour, held at the British Museum in London on 16 June 2026.
More than 100 procurement and supply chain leaders gathered for an afternoon focused on innovation, transformation and the practical realities of delivering change.
TSM was proud to support the event as a Silver Partner, but the most rewarding part of the day was seeing three of our customers take the stage and share their experiences with the wider procurement community.
David Ord, Product Manager at IPC International, and Callum Jolly, Head of Commercial Operations & Strategic Supplier Management at Smart DCC, opened the afternoon panels by discussing how their organisations have delivered meaningful transformation at speed.
A common theme ran through both conversations: successful transformation depends on getting the data right and having the right partner alongside you throughout implementation.
Later in the day, Nikki Wright, CPO at MS Amlin, joined a fireside chat exploring how organisations can realise the full potential of digital transformation.
Her perspective brought the idea of partnership to life. The right partner is not simply present for the implementation. They are invested in the outcome, available when challenges arise and committed to getting it right alongside the customer.

Seeing our customers recognised at Ivalua NOW and leading conversations at Procurement Innovation on Tour represents what partnership means to us.
Technology is an important part of procurement transformation, but lasting success also depends on people, data, collaboration and the experience required to turn a system into something that genuinely works for the organisation.
