London, 7 August 2025 — TSM is proud to announce that we have once again been shortlisted for the prestigious CIPS Excellence in Procurement Awards, in the category of Procurement Consultancy Project of the Year. This year’s recognition highlights our transformative project with Yodel, aimed at strengthening procurement strategy, capability, and impact across the organisation.
The project addressed several challenges within Yodel’s procurement function, including fragmented supplier relationships, inconsistent processes, and limited strategic procurement capability. TSM delivered a comprehensive transformation programme that established standardised practices, improved supplier engagement, and enabled a more proactive and strategic procurement model.
Key results included enhanced collaboration with suppliers, greater control over spend, and a shift in Yodel’s position—from being viewed as a “leveraged client” to becoming a valued strategic partner. These improvements have laid a strong foundation for long-term value delivery through procurement.

The CIPS Awards celebrate excellence in procurement and supply management, recognising organisations and individuals that deliver meaningful impact and innovation. Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on 4th September 2025, at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House.
