TSM is delighted to announce that it has been shortlisted for the CIPS Excellence in Procurement & Supply Awards 2026, marking the third consecutive year the consultancy has been recognised by one of the profession’s most prestigious award programmes.
This year’s shortlist recognises TSM’s partnership with IPC International in the Procurement Consultancy Project of the Year category. Working together, the two organisations delivered a global Source-to-Contract transformation using Ivalua, replacing fragmented manual processes with a modern, integrated procurement platform.
Supporting franchises across complex international markets, IPC International required a scalable solution that would bring governance, visibility and consistency to its procurement activities. TSM designed and delivered a phased implementation covering Supplier Onboarding, Supplier Risk Management, Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management and Supplier Performance Management, creating a single platform to support both current operations and future growth.
The project transformed procurement from a collection of disconnected tools and manual processes into a structured digital ecosystem, enabling greater collaboration, stronger governance and improved operational efficiency across the organisation.
Being shortlisted for the third year running reflects TSM’s continued focus on delivering meaningful outcomes for its customers through pragmatic consulting, deep procurement expertise and specialist Ivalua implementation.
