Faizan is an Ivalua Support Consultant and Configurator at TSM, bringing experience across software testing, quality assurance and IT consulting. He also holds an MSc in Information Technology from the University of Aberdeen, combining a strong technical background with a practical approach to problem-solving.

As part of the Ivalua team, Faizan supports the configuration and continuous improvement of the platform, helping to investigate technical issues, improve processes and create a better experience for users. His growing expertise includes procurement technology, system integrations, SQL and workflow configuration.

Faizan is Ivalua Level 2 Technical certified, Level 3 Integration certified and an Ivalua-certified Project Release Manager. He is passionate about learning new technologies and enjoys taking on challenges that allow him to develop both technically and professionally.

Outside of work, Faizan enjoys watching films, taking peaceful drives through the countryside and finding quiet green spaces where he can relax and recharge.
