Why Ivalua

Why one platform makes the difference.

Most S2P programmes that disappoint fail on adoption, data or flexibility. Ivalua is built to avoid all three.

01

One data model.

Every supplier, contract, order and invoice sits on one golden record. No syncing between modules, no conflicting versions of the truth.

02

All spend types.

Indirect goods, services, direct materials, tail spend and project-based spend, managed in the same place.

03

Supplier friendly.

A private supplier portal with your branding and no supplier fees, so suppliers actually sign up.

04

Built to adapt.

No-code configuration, flexible workflows and the Add-On Store let the platform change as your business does.

The modules

Explore the Ivalua modules.

Start with one module or deploy the full suite. Every module shares the same platform, data and integrations.

Understand your spend, source it well, contract it properly and know your suppliers.

Spend Analysis

Bring spend from any source into one view and classify it on demand.

Where TSM helps: data sources, classification rules and the reports your team will actually use.

Where TSM helps: event templates, approval routes and savings tracking aligned to how you report.

Where TSM helps: onboarding at scale. For IPC International, 99% of suppliers were onboarded.

Make buying simple, keep spend compliant and pay suppliers accurately and on time.

eProcurement

A guided buying experience for goods and services that keeps spend on contract.

Where TSM helps: catalogue strategy, approval workflows and budget checks that match your policies.

AP Automation & Invoicing

Capture invoices in any format and match them automatically.

Where TSM helps: matching rules, tolerances and the hand-off to your ERP and AP team.

Pay suppliers from the same platform that raised the order.

Where TSM helps: payment runs, controls and integration with your banking and finance systems.

Expense Management

Bring employee expenses and corporate cards into the same platform as the rest of your spend.

Where TSM helps: turning your expense policy into workflow checks, setting up approval routes and card programmes, and integrating with your finance systems.

External Workforce Management

Manage contractors and contingent labour from request to timesheet.

Where TSM helps: designing worker on- and off-boarding processes, configuring rate cards and approval workflows, and integrating timesheet and finance processes.

Inventory Collaboration

Visibility of stock across locations, linked to buying.

Where TSM helps: defining inventory policies, replenishment rules and storage locations, and integrating with ERP and warehouse systems to improve stock visibility and control.

Extend procurement into direct materials, the supply chain and your sustainability targets.

Direct Materials Procurement

Source direct materials and collaborate with suppliers on what you build and when.

Where TSM helps: aligning sourcing, engineering and supply chain processes, integrating ERP and PLM data, and configuring BOM, supplier collaboration and quality workflows.

Environmental Impact Center (ESG)

Ivalua’s sustainability module. Measure, monitor and reduce the environmental impact of your spend.

Where TSM helps: integrating ESG data providers such as EcoVadis, defining sustainability reporting requirements, and configuring environmental impact dashboards and supplier collaboration processes.

New · Intake Management

Start with the request.

Intake Management gives every employee one place to ask for what they need, in plain language. Ivalua’s AI assistant captures the details and routes the request to the right people and the right process, across Ivalua and your other systems.

By 2027, 50% of procurement organisations will use intake management.

Gartner, Innovation Insight: Procurement Intake Management, 2024

1

Request

A marketing manager types what they need from any device.

2

Triage

The AI assistant or a buyer checks the request and picks the route.

3

Workflow

IT security, legal and budget holders review and approve in one flow.

4

Fulfilment

The order is raised, received, invoiced and paid, with status visible throughout.

AI in Ivalua

AI that works on your own data.

Because everything sits on one data model, Ivalua’s AI assistant and agents can use your real suppliers, contracts and spend, not a disconnected copy.

Where to start

Start where the value is.

You do not need every module on day one. Most organisations start with one half of Source-to-Pay and build from there.

When the priority is suppliers and savings

Start with Source-to-Contract.

Spend Analysis, Sourcing, Contract Management and Supplier Risk & Performance. Visibility, control and savings first.

5 to 6

When the priority is buying and paying

Start with Procure-to-Pay.

eProcurement, Invoicing and Payments. Compliant buying, fewer manual invoices and less maverick spend.

When you want it end to end

Go for full Source-to-Pay.

Both halves, delivered in phases so each release brings value before the next one starts.
